1. Manufacturing, Custom Fabrication & Orders

All commercial bouncy castles, water slides, advertising sky balloons, air dancers, and trampolines are manufactured to custom order or prepared from current factory stock at our workshop in Kirari Suleman Nagar, Delhi. Standard fabrication lead times typically range from 7 to 15 working days following design approval, depending on structural size, multi-color branding requirements, and workshop production schedules.

2. Quality Assurance & Factory Pressure Testing

Every finished inflatable structure undergoes a mandatory 4-hour continuous blower pressure test and rigorous seam inspection prior to dispatch packing. Commercial units are bundled complete with matched heavy-duty electric air blowers, factory-stitched anchor webbing, ground anchoring stakes, and specialized repair patches.

3. Freight Logistics, Transit Insurance & E-Way Compliance

All interstate shipments are dispatched through reputed commercial road transport carriers (including V-Trans, TCI Express, Trackon, and Spoton Logistics). Every consignment is accompanied by an authentic GST Tax Invoice and active E-Way Bill documentation. Freight charges are calculated based on volumetric parcel dimensions and distance from Delhi, payable on delivery or as agreed in writing.

4. Consignment Inspection Upon Delivery

Clients are required to inspect the exterior transport packaging upon delivery at the carrier depot or destination warehouse. Any external shipping damage must be recorded directly on the carrier consignment note before signing receipt. Unboxing and inflation testing should be conducted within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Manufacturer Warranty & Operational Safety

All units carry a manufacturer warranty covering structural seam stitching integrity and raw material manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages arising from operational negligence, operating during adverse high-wind weather, intentional sharp cutting, abrasion against unprotected rough concrete surfaces, or loading beyond rated capacity guidelines.

6. Custom Artwork & Printing Approvals

Clients requesting custom brand logos, typography, or personalized mascots must approve the digital preview layout prior to physical printing. Once printing commences on customized PVC panels, modifications cannot be accommodated without additional material costs.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All commercial transactions, quotation agreements, and contractual obligations are governed strictly by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
